Dance Newark! – Annual Dance Celebration at Riverfront Park!
Experience the energy of Newark's dance scene with our annual Dance Newark!, a showcase hosted by acclaimed tap dancer Maurice Chestnut. Get ready to move, groove, and be inspired at Dance Newark!, located in the newest section of Riverfront Park, located downtown at 34 Centre Place! This year’s celebration kicks off with a high-energy Zumba class by Ibadah Burhani to get everyone dancing, followed by an incredible lineup of performances that showcase the beauty and diversity of dance traditions from around the world.
