After a successful summer of 2026 Brick City Cleanups, Newark Public Works is hosting its 24th Annual "Slam Dunk the Junk" Cleanup on Thursday, October 1, 2026!
By doing your part, you will help build community, beautify Newark with clean streets, and inspire others to take care of our great city.

Cleanup is scheduled in pre-selected locations in the South Broad Street neighborhood. Cleaning supplies provided. Clean teams that collect the most trash will win awards!
