Stretch, breathe, and flow with us at the 2nd Annual Fitness Fest during a refreshing outdoor Yoga session with I’m So Yoga. This all-levels class invites you to connect with your breath, your body, and the beauty of the natural surroundings. This class is designed to gently awaken the body and center the mind. Whether you're new to yoga or deep in your practice, this is a perfect opportunity to move, reset, and celebrate wellness with the community.
Open to all ages and experience levels. Bring your mats and come flow with us!
Kidz Fit Zone (12 PM - 2 PM)
Get ready for adventure at the Kids Fitness Zone Obstacle Course at the 2nd Annual Fitness Festival—a high-energy, kid-friendly challenge designed to get little ones moving, laughing, and having a blast! Kids will run, jump, climb, and crawl their way through a series of exciting obstacles that promote agility, coordination, and confidence—all in a safe, supportive environment. It's fitness made fun!
