Femme X Boxing (10 AM - 12 PM)

Unleash your strength and confidence witj Femme X Boxing designed to empower women and girls of all fitness levels through high-energy movement, skill-building, and fun! 

Led by an experienced instructor, this class focuses on technique, cardio, and empowerment—no sparring, no impact, just a powerful workout in a supportive, all-female space. Learn the basics of jabs, crosses, hooks, and footwork while building endurance and confidence.

Bring water, wear comfortable workout gear, and get ready to feel fierce!

Kidz Fit Zone (12 PM - 2 PM)

Get ready for adventure at the Kids Fitness Zone Obstacle Course at the 2nd Annual Fitness Festival—a high-energy, kid-friendly challenge designed to get little ones moving, laughing, and having a blast! Kids will run, jump, climb, and crawl their way through a series of exciting obstacles that promote agility, coordination, and confidence—all in a safe, supportive environment. It's fitness made fun!

Free to participate. Parental supervision encouraged.
