QCommunity Bike Ride (8 AM – 11 AM)
Join us for a fun and energizing Community Bike Ride as part of this year’s 2nd Annual Fitness Festivalt! This 15–20 mile ride is perfect for recreational riders and cycling enthusiasts looking to enjoy the outdoors, connect with neighbors, and get moving together.The ride will depart from the park and follow a scenic, low-traffic route, with a few short rest stops along the way. Whether you're a regular rider or just getting started, come out and enjoy a great ride with your community.

Tai Chi (11AM - 1PM)

Tai Chi is a centuries-old practice rooted in martial arts and meditation. This class will introduce you to its graceful, low-impact movements that promote flexibility, stability, and mental clarity. Whether you're new to Tai Chi or returning to your practice, come join us for a serene and grounding start to your Fitness Fest experience.
