    Plan Your Event in One of Newark’s Premier Downtown Parks

    A Special Event is any organized activity that takes place — in whole or in part — on City of Newark public property and requires the coordination of City services for its successful execution.

  • Food & Beverage Vendors

    All vendors must be at least 18 years old and must upload a valid government-issued photo ID.

    All vendors must complete a registration form and pay a non-refundable $50 fee per event.

  • Merchandise Vendors
